Cookie Policy
This policy describes the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies observed on the veMico website and explains how we handle website measurement. Last updated: 4 November 2026.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Websites may also use local storage to retain information such as temporary identifiers or session credentials. Both are covered here.
2. What we use and why
Our website is hosted using Wix Headless and uses Wix Forms for business enquiries. Some browser storage supports essential site delivery, security and the correct operation of the form. veMico does not operate marketing or remarketing pixels and does not intentionally add Google Analytics or advertising integrations.
Wix's standard Headless site script can provide site analytics as well as site metadata and other functions. A November 2026 review observed a request to Wix's analytics endpoint (frog.wix.com). On 4 November 2026 we configured the Wix site-level consent policy to deny optional analytics, advertising and third-party data sharing by default. We are verifying the resulting behaviour in live browsers; essential platform requests and session storage may still occur.
3. Browser storage observed in our review
The following entries were observed in Safari on the live temporary-domain homepage and Contact page on 4 November 2026. Their categorisation and behaviour are being rechecked following our consent-policy configuration.

The storage-key suffixes vary by site. The table records what was seen during the review; it is not a guarantee that every browser or future configuration uses an identical set.
4. Analytics and third-party resources
The website currently loads Wix Headless site-script functionality. During our technical review, that script sent a request to Wix's analytics infrastructure, even though no advertising cookies were apparent. The site-level policy now denies optional analytics by default; we are checking whether any remaining network requests are operational rather than optional measurement. We do not intentionally use advertising pixels, remarketing or newsletter tracking.
Some website fonts are served through Google Fonts and may cause your browser to request font files from Google's servers. Ordinary links to LinkedIn or other external sites do not themselves embed those services on our pages; if you follow such a link, the destination's privacy practices apply.
5. Consent and your choices
We aim to allow only technology that is necessary for the site and requested enquiry service by default. Where a non-essential technology requires consent under UK law, it must not be activated before the appropriate choice has been obtained. Consent controls, or other legally suitable visitor choices where an applicable exception is used, will be implemented and tested as needed for the technologies actually operating.

6. Changes to this policy
